The Wine Cellar at Stable Rock is available for private events. Please read the following before making an inquiry.

The room is available Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during normal business hours Noon to 8 PM. Sundays may be available during normal 11 to 3 PM hours. Book early! We are typically booked 3 to 6 months in advance.

The room rental fee is $150 for up to 4 hours.

Number of Guests: The Wine Cellar seats up to 50 comfortably. We are not able to host parties larger than 100 people.

Carry ins: ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY IN ALCOHOLIC OR NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED.

Food: Stable Rock has a Catering Menu featuring many of our most popular menu items from appetizers, pizza, salads and plated dinner options. Catering Menu can be emailed to you at your request. We will provide disposal plates and utensils.
•Minimum of $150 in food required.

Beverages: Stable Rock offers a wide variety of wines, craft beers and sodas for events. If you have a need for a specific beer or soda, please request it during the planning meeting. We will provide water in dispensers. •Minimum of $150 in beverages required.

Decorations: Decorating must be done during your 4 hour time period. Decorations must be affixed with tape or other easily removable means, that will not damage our furnishings. All decorations must be removed promptly at the end of the event.
NO CONFETTI ALLOWED

Table Linens: White linen tablecloths can be rented for $25

Other Services: DJ's, music, entertainment, electrical and other requirements must be discussed at prior to your event. Cost, if applicable, will be determined at that time.

Children: Stable Rock does not have high chairs or booster seats.

Gratuity/Service Fee: An 18% fee will be applied to the final bill.

No event request will be considered without submission of a completed Request Form. Submission of this form to Stable Rock is considered understanding and acceptance of the Event Rules and Fees. It will be your responsibility to communicate the applicable rules to your guest in advance of the event.
